A story about finding your purpose, never losing hope, and trusting that everything happens for a reason. One of my absolute favourite books I’ve ever read (and Belle was always my favourite. Just saying).
Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss
Our minds, bodies and spirits are inextricably linked. What happens in your life and the choices you make all create the experiences you have in your body. This book explains how, why and what you can do about it. Super helpful if you are experiencing any health issues.
The Art of Money by Bari Tessler
Teaches you how to manage money on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Helped me see money as a tool I can utilize, not as a thing to accumulate. Also helped me work through fears, traumas and unworthiness around finances, and set up money practices that feel more like nourishing self-care rituals.
Atlas of Darkness by kori Hagel
A story of finding divinity in the darkness, discovering inner power and creating a life you love. Filled with love messages to help you on your journey, and rituals and practices to help you find your way.
Cannabis and Spirituality by Stephen Gray and Julie A Holland
A look at how cannabis can be a plant ally on your spiritual journey. Cannabis is one of the most vital elements of my journey, helping me connect with my inner self, rewire my brain to heal from anxiety and depression, and live a full life while experiencing chronic pain. This book helped me shift any lingering ingrained stigma about utilizing Mama Mary’s medicine.
Entering the Castle by Caroline Myss
A guide to connecting with your inner self, finding your life’s purpose, and meeting whatever divine power you believe in. NBD.
Facing Co-Dependence by Pia Mellody
A look at what co-dependancy is, why it occurs, and how it plays out in adulthood. This book made me seriously look at how I was acting within my relationships and why, as well as helped me make choices in an empowered, freeing way instead of repeating past patterns.
The four agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
A guide to finding personal freedom by following the Four Agreements laid out in the book. I’d say integrating these teachings into my life is 95% of the reason I’m so happy and content today.
The Gifts Of Imperfection by Brené Brown
A guide to owning all the parts of yourself and deeply believing in your inherent worthiness.
heal your gut cookbook by Hilary boynton
Recipes and a protocol to help you heal your gut. Most recipes are quite simple and all of them are super healthy. A great place to start if you want to get into eating healthier, even if you just incorporate the recipes into your repertoire instead of going full-blown GAPS diet.

How to have conversations that don’t cause harm (whether inadvertently or purposefully) but instead ensure both parties feel heard, seen and respected. This book changed not only how I speak to other humans, but shifted how I speak to myself.
